This is how the rank structure is built, please note that warrior is just the example it can be replaced by any proffesion title, ie, Mage, Paladin, Tailor, Tamer, Blacksmith or whatever.
Guild Master
The Guild Master will show loyalty to all members of the guild but is mostly responsible for upholding guild laws and generally overseeing the guild.
Co-Guild Master
The Co-Guild Master will have all power of the guild master during times that the GM will be gone for an extended period of time.
War Band Master
War Band Masters will be in charge of their war bands and will be considered the "GM" of the war band. They will also serve as advisors to the Guild Master.
Night Warrior
The Night title will be reserved for memebrs who show the most loyalty to the guild, this rank will be limited in number and should be considered a prestigous title.
High Warrior
This title will be for Grand Master members in the War Bands, this may be the normal rank title.
Warrior
This will be the rank for non-Grand Master charachters in the War Bands.
Apprentice Warrior
This is the rank for new members of the guild all new members regardless of rank shall have this title for no less than five day.
